ADEBOWALE JEFF JOHNSON (B.Sc., DDP, OND) – is a Human Resource Consultant. He is the Managing Partner Jeff Johnson Business Solutions and also the founder/CEO Jeff Johnson Business School. He is a graduate of Statistics from the Olabisi Onabanjo University. Adebowale has over 9 years in Human Resource Consulting and Project Management. He is the President, Top 100 Our Generation, and the Executive Director, Treasured Friends. He has been able to engage in several national projects with focus on Education Reform. He is also a member, Board of Director, Grace House International Ministry.

Prior to 2008, Adebowale has worked in over 5 consulting firms starting from Phillips Consulting Limited, SoftSkills Management Consultants, People Prime Limited, SIAO to mention a few. He was involved in several national projects including the Ministry of Education Reform. He was part of the review of the NEEDS document, during the last regime. He is a speaker of national reforms and an HR Generalist.

He has spoken at several university campuses including University of Ibadan, Federal University of Technology Minna, Udegbe North American University, Benin Rep. and Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye. He is a teacher of Value, a writer and a great orator.

With the passion to make the youths of Nigeria and Africa become great Leaders of the world, Adebowale Jeff Johnson has embarked on an Africa tour to engage the African youths in Leadership training, Root appreciation and Value driven life. He‘s first stop will be Benin Republic, in July 2009, in collaboration with GPH of Udegbe North American University.

He’s unrelenting passion to cater for the needy and everyone around him, Adebowale is feeding over ten thousand (10, 000) kids in Ibadan and will be expanding his coast across all the states in Nigeria. This ongoing project is aimed at feeding One million (1 000 000) kids by the end of 2010.

He’s love service excellence has made him take it upon himself to fight poor customer service around the Nigerian service providers. This young man is willing to teach and train corporate organisations on how best to manage and sustain their customer base.

Adebowale is a young man full of passion and desire to become a world leader.

The Question I have is How many people can boost of such experience? Its only GOD that can make a man like this. I am so greatful for the Man God has made me.

Once Again
It’s time for me to write
My heart filled with thought of mix feelings

Over and over again
I wonder about
The Mercy of God
Over my life
Even when I do not deserve His Love
He embraces me like
A mother would Her infant
So close I could fee
His heart beat

His Grace…
So unmeritorious
So much so that every mo
I ask myself
‘Why am I still alive?’
I pretend not to know that
The prayers of sinners
He turns His back to
Yet with great pleading in my heart
I ask him to forgive me

David! A man after God’s heart –
Maybe I am he?
In this generation
Or am just like him?
A perfect sinner
Yet, knows how to get God’s attention
The loneliest hours of my life
Are dedicated to God
This is the only way
I know to get him to listen to me

I can’t ever forget
His Words for me
Saying, ‘A just man falls seven (7) times,
Yet he rises again’
Simple said, ‘A righteous man, is a man who
Is perfected in sin
But he gets back up again [Not remaining in it]

I cry for joy
You know why?
I have Hope
Hope that I can still make heaven
I! A perfect sinner
Yet, God still loves me
If only I can stand for Him
I bet I can say this
‘You are too much Joooo!’

How can I be loved like this?
I can’t stop imagining
His Mercy, Grace and Longsuffering
To make sure I’m saved

Even if my life
Does not speak any good to people
To my God
It’s worth more than the whole earth

How do I know this?
Even with the most corrupt thoughts of my heart
He makes sure that’s where it stops
He gives me better options
And He helps me to carry them out

The list of the time I was
Thinking of a relationship
He brought my way
His daughter to assure me of His Love
When I thought I could not even lead myself
He made me a shepherd of the greatest minds around
When others were looking
He gave me resources to meet needs
And He stood by me to ensure I did it

The enemy thought he was having his way
God was making History
He was writing testimonies
Out of my life

If the Bible was to be edited
My story must definitely
Be one of the new books of the bible
Can you imagine a book of the bible called
Saint Adebowale Jeff Johnson?

You know the most interesting
Part of all of these?
God is not done with me yet
This is just an infinitesimal part
Of His award winning story
This is just act 1, scene 1

I can’t stop to write
About His Mercy, Grace and Love
Because this is what I enjoy
All the days of my life
